FREE nationwide door-to-door delivery is offered on order values of R1000.00 or more (South Africa only.)
Orders are usually delivered within 5–7 working days from receipt of payment. Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond JOE - Just One Earth
or our nominated couriers’ control, certain orders may take longer than
the usual 5–7 working days for delivery. If this is the case we will do
everything in our power to rectify the situation as soon as possible.
Orders below R1000.00 will be charged R100.00 for delivery (South Africa only.)
A
confirmation email will be sent once your order has been received and
processed. A second confirmation email will be sent once your items have
been paid for in full and dispatched, also contained in this email will
be the nominated courier’s tracking number with which you can track
your parcel.

Note
It
is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that the delivery address
is correct. The customer must make sure that there will be someone at
the given address to receive and sign for the product.
Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Instant EFT, or by bank transfer into JOE - Just One Earth bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
Card acquiring and security
Card transactions and Instant EFTs will be acquired for JOE - Just One Earth via PayFast (Pty) Ltd [ZA] which is the approved payment gateway for all South African acquiring banks. PayFast
uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3
(SSL3), and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.payfast.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
